Yeah, this basically removes the reason to carry larger missiles. Bad move. S1 should have 4km range. S2 5 km range. S3 10 km range. Only specialy fighters carry S3 and above and they deserve the benefits of that. Wiping out the benefits makes no sense to me at all.
