Ground troops can have support from an Ursa, Hoplite, Valkyrie etc. Wild Weasel craft are specifically designed to deal with AAA. Such craft exist in Star Citizen. :)

We know the size, and it is bigger than a WWII Maus. We know that ground vehicles are much slower, and much less agile than an equivalent starship. There are many reasons real world tanks haven't, again, gotten to the size of the Maus, inability to build them isn't one of the reasons.

It is still too big and too slow to be a tank. Yes, you can't take and hold ground without ground forces, but that doesn't mean you need this as part of your MTOE.

Ground vehicles, maybe. The Tonk in particular? Not likely. It is too big. It is too slow. It can't be carried by the typical troop transport, or cargo transport.

Both Unity and Unreal would have been much better choices than Cryengine/Lumberyard. Their netcode is significantly better and offer a better base for world building.

It is the December build. This patch doesn't get stable until March, at the earliest.

With the system you described the only things worth keeping is the case and maybe the PSU for an upgrade. I would go so far, at this age, to replace the fans. Save your money, and use what you have until you can do it right.

Then my recommendation is to wait. Something that actually fits in your fleet, will eventually come along. :)
