Since we know the Spirit is supposed to fly better than the Zeus II, how does the Spirit fly compared to the Cutlass Blue?

The Cyclone is slightly smaller than an Ursa. I certainly wouldn't count on a Fury fitting.

That is the current plan in this house. Two unapplied CCUs, one for each of us. We might end up with one MR and one Blue (to go with our pair of Hawks) too. IIRC the Cutlass is also supposed to get more rework than just Gold Standard pass as well. And we need more information on where...

    Zeus II

After the Q&A, I'm left wondering if the MR is worth it over the Blue. I don't know if the performance is enough to do the job, and it is a 3 person crew. It's definitely prettier.

If it's going to fly about the same as a Blue, then the question becomes what are the crew positions.

    Creatives vs. Engineers

Yes. It is all part of the variable, but it adds additional complications, and needs to be accounted for. It's not just object, location and vector (which could be a pair of base 16 numbers), the objects are mutable and can be containers. I'm thinking most objects will need to be stored as an...

    Creatives vs. Engineers

Since things are supposed to be destructible and some things like guns and ships have a wear state and potentially a damage state the objects are mutable. Making the database have a longer string, or be a matrix variable, depending on how many states need to be stored. Further having objects...

A good part of Citcon still felt like feature creep. I hope they finally get going so maybe I can play a gold standard game before I die.

CIG finally did the one thing they needed to do. They finished something and declared it done. I wonder if the Starfield release prompted that. (My guess is that it did.)

    That was Gouda.

That is the one the MSR wins, IIRC. The 350R and M50 were for the Murray Cup.

They show an Argo moving a 32 SCU container in the Hull-C promo. Perhaps that is this variant.

    The silhouettes.

Thanks. Getting a better look: 8 is the Zeus 2, given the weapon placement. 7 is the Legionaire. 5 looks small for a spirit, it could be, but it looks more fighter size. And I still think 1 is a distorted Ranger.

    The silhouettes.

I'm thinking the Tali is the Gold Standard, with modules, which would include the "Base" since it's the same ship without the Torp modules. I forgot the Legionaire was in the slideshow. Thanks. The Ursa, ambulance? (I thought the Lynx was in game). I thought it was an Argo Cargo without the...

LOL. For smaller targets we have a pair of Hawks and a Liberator to get us there. I'm waiting for the new flight model and the increased diversity it is supposed to bring.

Different kind of racing. Obviously not "Old Vanderhaul." Say Cannonball Run vs. Indianapolis 500.

    The silhouettes.

In the talking about ships segment there were about a dozen ships they said were scheduled for delivery in the next year. The first three appeared, to me, to be the Ranger, the X-1, an Ursa variant. The last two looked like the Retaliator and the Polaris. One might have been the Galaxy and...

I seem to recall the MSR, in lore, being used for racing.

I already conceeded the wing tip difference likely made it a different variant. The Concierge paint is similar, not the same. We don't know if there is or isn't a 4th variant and it could just be an earlier iteration of the paint, if not for the wing tips, which could also be an earlier...
