I liked this Q&A but it didn't answer the question of if I can carry 40 snub fighters as a pocket carrier.

He does a good job laying his vision out however if there are going to be these 'hard' limits on travel per jump then rest stops need to be more prevalent and offer more than what they do now. They need to be a place you can stop in, put your feet up for a bit and then head out again.
