It was a glitch, i saw the numbers dropping slowly to zero from 1wave, they sold out entirely at first wave. Some people still saw stock at 1400++ even after sold out. Bug...

I think for the Polaris that the pilot can control the S5 gun under the nose. From what i recall i dont think if it can fire the torps, i think it is another role on the ship that does that.
