I'm fairly certain none of us write whole paragraphs, mate. A few sentences, maybe a loose collection of words, but not a whole bloody paragraph.

They've hinted heavily that they'd like to at least look into doing drop pods in the future, but there's a lot of potential technical limitations, and probly some unforeseen ones will pop up, too. Don't expect them to put them in for a few years, if ever.

Which reminds me, CIG has that 'engineering manual for modders' that they sell. There's no way they're going to let you do all those other things ("create your own ship, modify a game mechanic or build your own planet") without being able to modify the existing textures.
