Yeah that's how elite dangerous do it.... with virtual presence.... They definitely need to provide some sort of incentive to people that are willing to crew a ship or as you say most will just fly on their own. (A lot more booty for pirate and patients for medic wing as the single crew Hull Ds...

Yeah good advice, thanks. It's a bit early for it yet but I can see it being useful later to have a directory of people who are up for multicrewing and in what form even if they aren't available when you are on the forum at least you know they are interested. Maybe with improvements in Spectrum...

Yeah. I'd like to get good at all the jobs on the Crucible / Reclaimer and you can't do that from the pilot seat so happy to crew anything really :-)

I have a suspicion the Aurora may have been from Test because... well it was an Aurora, so I was technically in a wing which is probably why we kicked ass (read : barely made it out alive due to misplaced confidence and alcohol). TBH I think half the ships where too surprised a loan...

Just to add.... after extensive testing I can now confirm a single piloted Caterpillar does not fair well vs 5-6 fighters (and a lone Aurora who I'm happy to say did not attack ), even when you turn up at Karesh (where the security mission is in verse ) shouting BRING IT in chat. I didn't die...

I have never lifted a welding torch in real life but i do own a CCU for a Crucible which I believe makes me eminently qualified to answer all your welding questions. (any advise given is for like gaining use and should considered neither safe nor accurate)

Thanks for getting back to me. I spent my cash on a Buccaneer last night but will most likely come back to you for the Warden or maybe a Terrapin if you still have them in a few weeks. Fly safe or if you can't at least fly drunk :-)
