The big thing to remember about the vanguard vs the redeemer is vanguard is 90% missiles/torpedo and range the redeemer is up close personal super heavy damage with guns. Now with that daily costs for the redeemer will be cheaper depending on your loadout than missiles/torpedo any day...

next best option to get a 30 series card though is buy a prebuild like from ibuypower then sell all the other components off(or use them). ibuypower has a 3week preorder on them and i heard it is actually working. there are other companies you can do prebuild with to.
