Yeah isn't this still the plan for crash repairs? You don't buy parts, your autobot just prints out or lasers out a replacement from the materials and does it all for you?

I'll just use my repair bot and feed it the materials and buy blueprints. Who needs a mechanic when I can just fit new parts myself and 3D print replacements for the broken ones.

I'm one big ship away from concierge or a few small ship, just over $700 invested and feel that I won't be spending much in the near future and if I do it'll be a decent exploration ship as I have a fighter, cargo, bounty hunter and that's all I'm missing. Naffnaff great post btw!

Well I like it. I want there to be limitations like you'd get in real life stolen cars. You can't register it, insure it and if the cops come sniffing you'll get busted. So it makes sense that I'd it blows up then it's gone, however what kind of "resource" can we get from stolen ships, surely...

I bought a few games in the Christmas sales and am now onto Sims 4, after this I'll be playing some Cities: Skylines. After that I'll probably be bored again and go do something destructive like get my lockpicking kit out or make something fun with my raspberry pi.
