    Freelancer v. Constellation: your thoughts?

Have you noticed any differences on the inside of the taurus from the andromeda? Where does the extra cargo space come from? The Andromeda seems pretty efficiently laid out to me, and they are the same length.

    Freelancer v. Constellation: your thoughts?

yeah, that's what I'm saying. The pilot has to focus on keeping the enemy fighters where his gunners can hit them, calling targets, and taking any chance he can get to level his M5A's (or M6A's in the case of the pheonix) at them. But straight flight may be preferable. Turning may reorient...

    Archeage

wow, that looks intense. No way I'm paying 50 dollars for a game that is going to be free in a few months or even weeks, though. I'll be sure to download it once it goes out of the beta.

    Freelancer v. Constellation: your thoughts?

That's the thing, the constellation is huge. I don't think it will even spin in decoupled mode very effectively. I think the driver of a connie should focus on counter measures and keeping the fighters in general away from the vulnerable rear blindspot. Chasing after them would be pointless...

    Freelancer v. Constellation: your thoughts?

you have to keep in mind that missile spam won't be too useful when they get close. From far away, hell yes. But when they're close enough to out turn you, your turrets are the only weapons that will have any sort of effect.

Did a walkthrough with commentary of the Constellation Phoenix

no, it has a bottom one, it's just not accessible right now. I, for one, can't access either turret on my Andromeda, but I obviously know they are there. The new interiors are a complete reset for the constellations. It's going to take some time for them to have anything close to the old...

    Freelancer v. Constellation: your thoughts?

woah, thanks for posting that. I was worried about just how effectively it would be able to handle attackers. Now I'm secure in my purchase :)

I really, really regret not buying a racer now...

About 15 minutes away from my house, there's a guy who is known for going to air shows and the like and strapping jet engines to various vehicles (and outhouses). He's got a rocket powered bus he's working on right outside his house right now.

It has the same size 2 guns, like, exactly the same. It has measurably fewer missiles, and it has a different brand on the size 4 guns, which we don't really know how that will work out. But "Rhino" sounds scarier than "needle". The point defense turret, which I assume is for missiles, does...

WOAH, guys, if you haven't and you already own a connie: CHECK OUT YOUR EFFING HANGAR! The newest update improved lighting immensely, added cool new features, and offers a total redesign of the interior.

that could work! That TR5 engine could work wonders if someone were to overclock it.

Racing will be coming in .9. I don't think my TR3 equipped 325A will fare very well.

The way I see it, the standard constellation, the andromeda, is the most heavily armed as well as having the second highest cargo capacity. I see no reason to own any of the other ones if you already own a connie. You could make an argument for the pheonix, but for what? Inferior armament, as...

    Elite: Dangerous

mostly because you can't hope to take on ANYTHING with a better ship than you have when you're stock. The sidewinder is truly terrible as ships go. Everything higher will not only outmaneuver and outrun it, they will outgun it.
