I'd vote for the Blue. The Cutlass is going to be armed pretty heavily, and the blue is meant to have a tractor beam to use on other ships / cargo(?) (I think) so I feel it would make a decent runner. I don't have a lot of knowledge on the MIS other than "I couldn't get one".

With the new matrix a lot of things are different now, I only just got around to taking a peek and learned something that makes me happy to no end - The Gladius will now be able to mount 3, S3 fixed weapons, or 3 S2 Gimbal weapons. The Gladius is my personal favorite ship for its aesthetics...
