I'm not sure you need to successfully complete this one (get the badge): I had a round with a random who quit part way through. I eventually user all my respawns, but had a message about doing all the new modes for the 999 badge at the end, which suggested I had "completed" this mode.

The concierge paint lacks any blue "emissions"/lighting, while this is clearly present on the 4th ship. Normally they would show the Concierge paint with new releases/concepts, but what is shown in the picture is not that.

The picture of the 4 variants was posted by CIG on Twitter, then pulled shortly afterwards. The 4th was also shown during the presentation (by mistake?), and apparently the product page at one point had a "Racing" option along with the other options:
