They definitely do, but it doesn't matter as there are no "conventional" means to travel between stars, and hence we'd need to jump to the star system first

TristinD .. you can't really pay per month on unknown scope unfortunately .. what you could do is to pay very cheap per specific modification required, and could do it using some freelancing resource (there are a few ). It isn't unheard of getting simple modifications / coding node for 5-10...
