Just found this on Twitter (It's the console on the Vulture's scrap crusher). I had briefly seen a multi-tool repair canister made, but did not realize you can craft other items..

Yeah saw it on a vid, one guy tractoring out processed cubes and sticking straight onto the Hull A, was pretty efficient looking.

Yeah saw it on the vid I posted I think. The guy goes down to the hold and there's a button on the compactor that will "create a can" or a similar description. If you have scrap in there it will do it, then use it like a tool attachment for repair.

Yeah nice, I also like that you can use the compactor to spit out a repair canister for using with your multi-tool. Also it will be interesting to see if they release some paints for it once 3.18 hits for everyone.

It may be refactored in the future, it could be highly priced to entice players to do it, so they can test it.

I shall also demand yellow armor like that new swanky red set...be cool if we had the yellow weapons also.
