YOu would think people would realize the Javelins and Idiris are gone by now.CCU page constantly 504 Gateway Timeouts. I hope my ship (when I finally get to buy it) has 504 on the side.

This may need to be a new moniker for ships bought during the Anny sales. Just like a Squadron 15001 needs to be made by someone.CCU page constantly 504 Gateway Timeouts. I hope my ship (when I finally get to buy it) has 504 on the side.
That would be a very good gateway. A standard amount of good would be along the lines of being a functioning member of society.by good gateway you mean one that gives priority to TEST members, right?
Why are we talking about ships like they are drugs now?I finally got on to the CCU page! It logged me out of my account while I was waiting for it to load. So I log back in and go back to CCU page: 502 Bad Gateway.
Yes, it is bad, it is a very naughty Gateway and it needs to take a good long hard look at itself, reappraise its priorities and choose to be a good gateway.
Well... you see, the "Aurora" is what they call a 'Gateway' ship... If you get into "Aurora", It'll only be a matter of time before you try something harder like "Hornet" or a designer ship like the "Saber Comet".Why are we talking about ships like they are drugs now?
Good question; let me extend that:Hmm how do I go about buying Retaliator cargo bays? Cant find them anywhere! :(
Hi, my name's Auran and I'm a StarCitizen Addict, It started so simply, I bought an Aurora but it wasn't enough soon there was a Hornet Ghost, then a Super Hornet, then an Endeavour, Now I own a Hammerhead. I cant help myself, every time there's a sale I just need a new ship to get me through.. just one more. I can stop any time I want to I'm not addicted... honestWell... you see, the "Aurora" is what they call a 'Gateway' ship... Once you try "Freelancer" or "Constellation", man, you're hooked.
It's all you'll be able to do to keep off the stat pages of the "Polaris" or "Orion".
This is more true than I want to admit.Well... you see, the "Aurora" is what they call a 'Gateway' ship... If you get into "Aurora", It'll only be a matter of time before you try something harder like "Hornet" or a designer ship like the "Saber Comet".

Yes this is a dreadful decision to have to make, you are not alone. If it helps theres not a huge difference between them, the hammerhead is faster, more manuverable, needs fewer crew and 24 S4 guns..... the polaris is big, fat, slow and needs more crew but it does have 28 S10 torps, a small hangar bay and is shaped like a dorito.Wringing my hands trying to decide what to do with my mass melt credits- Hammerhead or Polaris?
On one hand, Hammerhead is fucking sexy with all that dakka.
On the other, Polaris seems to be more adaptable and can hold a homies fighter, and has a bitchin' pool table.
Ugh, decisions decisions.
They are not in game and if they are for sale I can't find them.Good question; let me extend that:
How do we buy modules for any of the modular ships?
Are they just not implemented yet, or whats going on?
I intend to show up in my PT boat.I stuck with the Polaris because it is a bit more multi-role and has more offensive capabilities against big stuff.
That being said, the Hammerhead is a damn nice ship and will be critical to fleet doctrine when the game comes out.
Either way you can't go wrong showing up in either ship to support the fleet... you are better off than the inevitable guy showing up the fleet in an Endeavor rigged for crop growing.
