I'm planning on skipping the Ghost & Tracker versions of the Hornet MK II, but I would be willing to pick up a Super Hornet variant of the Hornet MK II if for no other reason than to have a copilot to ride along while doing some crazy flying & blasting the song Danger Zone for the feels.

Best reason I've ever heard to buy a ship in this game !! This is supposed to be FUN, after all :)

If you don't include November at all this year is trending to finish behind 2020. With a great IAE they will beat 2020, but that is still a big loss compared to 21, 22 and 23.

honestly, that's only because of a poor CitizenCon release. go back to September and things are pretty decent compared to 2023. However, the Starlancer was not the cash cow they envisioned compared to the Zeus which attracts a lot of different playstyles.. There is also one other thing. The Hull C and a big hull pack was released, allowing people to get the Hull E with LTI if they wanted. This was a huge boon to their bottom line.
