Honestly I'm thinking of getting two mods with the slim chance I'll be able to upgrade them to other mods later and keep the LTI.... Cryo Pods or Exploration stuff....

Think about it a Tali with 10 Sucker Punch cannons just shut ships down till they can't fight or flee... Then you can secure the bounties and take the ship too with very little damage to the ship. Yes, very very good.

I also did the swap around. Free LTI tali! Now, do I want any of the other addons... Maybe the cargo and living ones? Not much interest in the dropship module.

Remember they said new ones might be on the way soonish :D like medibays, cryo pods and what not!

My excuse for not buying a tali was always the price point... now they dangle it in front of my at a much lower price, with LTI. Dammit I'm tempted, but I blew my overpriced ship budget on a vanguard!

If I was going to swap my MAX out for the 'Tali as my smuggler ship it would likely be forward living aft cargo.

Thats what i did! It actually seems like the forward living module can be used to store cargo! Everything can pop down into the floor and the 20 extra cargo you get in the cargo departement is used for utilities.

I really hope this is going to be the new standard going forward; it'll be a big win in my book if they announce similar modules (with allowances for size and ship role) for the cutlass, and for other ships further down the line.

I wouldn't be surprised if the sold a couple variants, then a base model and mods on some new sales.

PSA: As the stripped (not stripper) Tali is not able to be viewed in your hanger you can remove all ships from your hanger (My RSI/My Hanger/Configuration/Reinitialize/SAVE) and the Tali will appear in your hanger. Now its NOT your Tali but it works. This does not work, sadly, for the Freelancer or Connie; but the scythe also showed up which was pretty "nee-to"

So get your poking around in some nice ships. I really didn't look to see if ALL my ships showed up since when I saw the scythe sitting there I was confused WTF it was.

Same here, very tempted by that LTI carrot (and because I love Aegis ships). But, for whatever reason, the Tali is the ship that I most want to earn in the PU, so I'm refraining from buying one.

I got the Tali but I'm just not sure which Mods to get...... LTI cargo could be cool, even if it's not the biggest or best cargo ship it would be a guaranteed way to always make money.

And the living modules.... I'm just not sure what in the world that would be used for.... Passenger Missions, Long Term Exploration, just hanging out? I'm honestly just now really sure what its used for.....

I'm not sure why but I'm grabbing living in the back cargo in the front.

For some reason I feel like the Tali is just more imposing than the Connie so it might make for a good smuggling... Um.. Snuggling... Um snuggie transport ship.

I'd rather not get attacked while I'm exsploring or hauling cargo. But I would like to make the Pirates think twice.

Also. Need to fit a jump drive on the thing somewhere.

I know, right? One of the living pods has the drink mixer from the Starliner, hense the "TESTie Tours" branding I want on mine...... Now there is an idea for a new SIG......

If I knew they were going to do this I wouldn't have melted a bunch of stuff and got an orion. A tali for $150 is a steal. Even if it's only as a gunship till you get the torps

According to the brochure the Tali has a JumpDrive, and in the MultiCrew Demo we saw the QD in action, so you can save the Duck Tape for repairs, and just fill your Tali with LOVE........ and Beer, LOTS of BEER!!!!!

...... I forgot about the brochure..... Yesssss now if they will let me replace manned turrets with automated turrets or point defense or whatever they are called I'll be able to run with a much smaller crew.

OOoo my idea for a explorer-escort tali would be even better then. Med bay + living quarters. Two of those, a carrack, a couple 315s, a couple freelancers, and a starfarer or two, and boom, one hell of an explore fleet.
