reminds me of my old derrick hand from Saskatchewan, he said that growing up there, then moving to Calgary made him realize that drinking everyday is not normal for everywhere else lol

Unfortunately, it is normal in the majority of small towns and villages. It's only in the larger towns and cities where the population density can support a plethora of alternative entertainments that you find people doing much else. Then again, even in the largest cities you can find die-hard members of the "gotta' do something about the blood level in my alcohol stream" drinking set.

The day the Japanese declared war on canada. Canada was already at war with germany, italy, hungary, finland, and romania. This is a pointless topic, I was just curious. Pear harbor is a big deal to the US for obvious reasons, just wanted to know why Canada had remembrance day on the same day.
