If no one else has space at least two of the founders of the group has space for you to crew if you like (aquila or vangaurd). But seeing all the people interested I do not think finding a spot will be hard at all!

I actually think if we are all hanging around doing our exploring thing doing our own little "show" entitled "Deep Space 69" is a fantastic idea, I support this!

The cash, the fame. Finding something first and scrawling a big old TEST logo (metaphorically, or maybe not) all over it. I want to find rich worlds full of minerals, and sell the rights. I want to make first contact and then introduce them to our silly hat factories. The universe is ours and I'm putting down stakes.

I'll gladly throw in my lot with the Testies! I've only got a 325a and a Reliant but I think the Reliant is supposed to have a package for deep exploration and scanning? Anyway whether in my ship or crewing along with someone else I'm down to ride shotgun (or side car)!

Only explorers with extra fuel tanks can do that (DUR, Aquila, Carrack))

Don't forget the vanguard ;) But you can make most ships able if you fly them right. From what they said about deep space you can just get up to full speed then cut your engine and let your momentum carry you since there really isn't anything to stop you. Thats just one way they said you can conserve fuel and make ships more deep space friendly, but also jumping is not supposed to take any fuel so if you find jump points that saves a lot of fuel.

Vanguard is not an explorer.
You think just because you can slap on a tractor beam and if you have long range capability, that you are an explorer ship now?
