Dear Glorious Leader,

I so much want to eat your meat.

However, I am confused and distressed.
You say that I need to purchase some Kosher salt.
The definition of Kosher is: "a kosher species must be slaughtered by a "Schochet," a ritual slaughterer."
Salt = Mineral ie. a ROCK.
I am unable to find anyone who is capable (or willing) of slaughtering a ROCK.

Please advise. Where did you find a Rock Slaughterer?

Thankfully I have prepared for this. I am a fully ordained Rabbi and can slaughter rocks in my Prospector.

Find me a giant piece of space salt and I will go out and break off smaller pieces that will be considered kosher.

TEST shall have its space biltong!

Every time you say "biltong" I have this sudden urge to go harass ADI and crash my ship into stuff... so weird *twitch*.

The actual recipe says 3hrs, but I cut some really thick pieces there that I like to soak for longer.

The smaller pieces you saw will be good to go in 3hrs.

Just turn them over half way through, the vinegar and salt will kill everything that is trying to spoil the meat in a relatively short time.

Be sure your hooks are clean and that the meat does not touch the bottom of the box or each other!

Nobody wants to see your meat touch other meat!
