My dream is that I can use it to tune weapons and equipment based on swingeingly expensive resouce costs and some horsehit RNG mechanic.

Why does everyone conflate an ability to make unerringly accurate predictions about the development pment of Star Citizen, football results and work related opperational issues with an abilty to predict lottery results?
Winning the UK lottery is a 1 in 45,057,474 chance, predicting that CIG will either half arse or roundly fuck up a game mechanic is *at least* odds on.

Well I'd better get dressed in my pants, trousers, braces and jumper, strap on my trainers and use the bog before nipping out to the supermarket to load up a trolley with chips, jam and biscuits and I can't forget the jelly for pudding. With all that shopping I'll have to take the coach back, if I don't do my maths and can't afford a ticket i'll spit my dummy out. Once back at the flat i'll have to take the lift as the stairs might just kill me with all that weight. Then I might watch football on the telly while eating a bag of crisps.
