Thanks all for letting me into your prestigious Squadron! I have been watching Star Citizen for over 5 years now, and recently pledged, downloaded the game and subsquently crashed my Avenger Titan 4 times in the hangar in the first 30 minutes (HOTAS was not configured correctly...uh huh), then I went on a Mercenary Mission thinking I have 40 years of Video Game and FPS experience, how hard can this be...so I Leroy Jenkins into the Bunker and got smoked in the first 3 minutes, lost all my shiz, and had to do a Character Reset...so I look forward to you all teaching me how to play this friggin thing and quickly get me from "newbie" status to at least "apprentice." Basically, I have no clue what I have signed up for, but feel the need for a community to bitch with and hopefully learn the ropes.
