19, I'm on the younger side. There are a few 17 year olds, a small sampling of 16 year olds, and I think there's one little baby 13 year old we know about. However, he's the kid of one of our other org members, so we just tone down the content when he goes in discord and leave it at that. Most members are definitely on the upper end of the 20's scale, with a great many in their 30's and beyond.
