I live in DE...where if you can’t take a few feet of rain as a joke, you should not live here...

Seriously, the major thing I need to do is trim one tree and stay inside

4 ft of rain is a lot...but it only has to go 1 mile south and 50 ft down to hit the tidal basins where I live. I am more concerned about my neighbor who lives 10 ft below my house’s grade and is is only 5 ft above the level of the swale. We may be filling sandbags with those two if things get rough for them.

Here in NJ we've had almost a week of rain and it's supposed to continue at least until Friday. If Florence comes up here we're gonna go underwater regardless of whatever the winds are. Is pretty serious. They still don't know what the track will be past Thursday, but someone is gonna get lots of water at the least.
you live in Jersey? What exit? (ha ha, I used to live off 117 off the Parkway).

The only time my parents basement flooded there was in a 1999 Hurricane...looking it up, it must have been Floyd...the day before my sister's wedding, lol!
