Marc is the man. His knowledge and willingness to share/assist are most definitely a boon to this org.

Some other people shared that info too with me. It is a damn hassle to try to explain this during party forming. People must stay patient and follow directions while forming the party. Last 2 flight nights it took us more than an hour to try and get everybody (unsuccessful) in one instance, but that was with up to 8 members.
