Same thing happened to me with the Corsair, I think it took about 20 minutes after IAE started and the Corsair was available to purchase before the CCU options became available (I'd actually created a Spectrum post to ask about it, but when the CCU option became available I deleted the post.)

No way to upgrade the Pisces (or Ursa) that comes with the Carrack at all. It's a "part" of the ship (like the Merlin with some Constellations), which you lose if you melt or CCU up from the base ship.
On the plus side, though, if you own a Carrack (or 890), you should have received an email with a coupon to take $5 off the price of a Warbond C8R...

If it helps, the subject line was "Search & Rescue with the Anvil C8R Pisces", the sender was Roberts Space Industries <[email protected]>, and mine was sent yesterday (22 Nov) at about 4pm UTC. Hope you find it - and can get quick customer support if not.

Fits well with the MSR-Vanguard Harbinger and Mole-Starfarer Gemini from Invictus (from memory).
Missed round 1 Pioneer because CIG reset sort order when refreshing page... Hopefully next round I'll be able to get one (I can't grab CCU's I want until I get one, or miss out in the next 2 rounds.).

Thanks... It'll only be for another 20 hours or so, sadly, as I need to recycle the funds to get an MSR and Scorpius into my hangar before BIS day to pick up the free skins, etc. (plus, the "loan" ships for it are cheaper than this ship).Congratulations, another Pioneer owner!
I'd been thinking about it for a while, but doubted I'd ever have the chance to get one in an F5 war, so was happy to acquire it... It's a shame they put such an expensive ship behind an artifical supply barrier, but won't provide LTI on it, nor a way to CCU up to it (or even a manufacturer complete pack including it) to allow people who really want one to get it, while also hampering the grey-market sellers who likely acquire a large portion of the numbers released each wave.
I'd love to see a cap placed on "hull limited" ships such as this which prevent an account from buying one if it has already bought a stand-alone copy of the ship any time in the past (ships in packs wouldn't affect the ability to buy a stand-alone copy), to give more players who want it a better chance to get one.
