CIG wrote in that post that they will

distribute the jacket for FREE to everyone who attends the Invictus Launch Week between May 21 and June 1. We'll start the distribution on June 10, and as we distribute these items in waves, some of you might see them turn up on their accounts a bit earlier than others. The Invictus Launch Week leather jacket commemorates the event and is the perfect way to relive Invictus Launch Week year-round.

Lucky I had to go over to New Babbage Traffic Control that week to have some... words... with them. Couldn't find the office so dropped by the Expo, this is a nice recompense for my time.
