Did you miss your chance from the last black card sale or did you become concierge after the last sale? If you missed it from the last sale you can put in a concierge ticket and they will eventually get back with you and offer you your card.

I found it later in my jumk folder. The domain the registered wasnt old enough to some providers just trash emails from domains that arent old enough.
I got my cart the first pass around a few years ago... I was just being greedy.
