We can achieve that by showing up with all the Javelin’s too. And that’s more fun.
1x Aurora: TEST Saying, "Hello."
10x Auroras: TEST Saying, "Get off my lawn."
100x Auroras: TEST Saying, "Our name is TEST Squadron, you spilled our beer, prepare to die."
1,000 or more Auroras: TEST Saying, "@Montoya ordered your extermination, prepare your friends, family, pets, neighbors, business associates, and the random people you occasional greet in passing to join you in your chosen afterlife."

So next time some shitty 20 man org claims they are a sister org or affiliate with TEST, tell them to. . .
Stop beating around the bush. What did you really want to say?

Heh. Toys rocks when he's pissed. I just don't ever want him pissed at me.

400 Idris? Really? Well my aren't we all waaaaay studly? If only we had 400 sober pilots. . .then we'd be a menace.

But totally serious, kudos to Toy's wisdom. He is so totally right on this. Don't try to play politics before there is a game.

LOL! 1,000 test pilots log onto the same server, CIG suddenly screams bloody murder as the server crashes and burns, everyone says "WTF, I just logged in. Fuck it, wheres my beer." TEST becomes the new space kraken bug.
Moral of the story, piss us off, we crash your server with sheer numbers! I vote our Diplomatic Department be renamed to "DoS 30K"
(Denial of Service 30000 - in reference to the error code avocados constantly get during testing of new builds)

No argument there. We are not ignoring the diplomatic angle, just putting on hold.

We will have a very big diplomatic division.
Well and there's another angle to this... Quoting Montoya's post here so my reply makes sense. Montoya is the dictator / HMFIC in TEST. Fact is any good HMFIC delegates duties he would rather not perform to those who share his vision. I would not be surprised if there are some officers who make up... for lack of a better phrase, our diplomatic core and handle these situations for him.

TEST is big enough that we can sustain our selves, defend our selves and well impose our selves if we put our minds to it. That being said, it'll take a few weeks before we can take over the entire galaxy, so we will need some alliances in systems that are dominated by other orgs so that small groups or individual ships can traverse those areas of space un-molested.

Is that vision with or without beer goggles. Because I gota tell ya, if I was his wingman on this hypothetical "diplomatic mission", its gonna take a lot of beers for me to exercise some diplomacy on the fat ugly friend so he can "seal the deal". And lets be honest with ourselves, this would never work out anyways because where the hell are we going to find a designated driver sober enough in TEST to fly us back to Olisar without crashing, getting a wanted level, or running from the UEE security that keeps interdicting me anytime I go somewhere (more like inter-dicking me, damn Po-Po)?

Carry in your hearts the words of His Holiness Montoya of TEST, Glorious Leader of the Knights of the Aurora and All-around Most Excellent, Dreadnought-class org leader in both the Verse and Underverse. The only diplomacy we currently have is Gunboat Diplomacy. When the CR finally brings the promised Persistence, TEST diplomacy will be implemented by and at the sole discretion of Glorious Leader Montoya. Until then, all other orgs can stuff it.

To carry a conflicting wisdom is heresy, until Glorious Leader Montoya gives his imprimatur. Don't be lost to the stars by excommunication after you have found the glowing neon light of TEST.

Whew, that made me thirsty.

That's fucking Heresy.

"Other orgs" are primarily made up of people who don't play, and are mostly comprised of affiliate members. Until there are basic org tags in the game, a way for our members to use our frankly ridiculous fleet, and a reason to talk to Little Lord Fauntleroy of "Scary pirates and mercenary corp # 547", we probably won't be playing with others. Focus on our vast members first; they're the reason we're all here.

@Montoya So it occurred to me recently that this might be my fault.

I invited Paul_Whitaker (Discord Name) to play Star Citizen with us. It's possible that he mentioned being interested in an affiliation but I could have been drunk which would explain why I have no recollection of this. At any rate, it seemed like Paul was looking for some active SC players to connect with so I turned him on to TEST. Paul is a pretty nice guy, good to talk to etc and I thought he would make a good addition to the org. I did learn later that he was trying to setup events that involved a different org(s) with TEST. I don't get the impression that there was any poaching going on, seems most of this happened while I was out of town, but in any event, if I'm responsible I want to apologize to the group for the drama I caused.

Thanks,
