Quick Buy Back Question

i melted a game package a while ago with sq42 and it tells me that SQ42 is not inside. So maybe SQ42 is like a CCU?

There was an option to add SQ42 to your package for only $15. I never figured out how this worked, since I had SQ42 in my game package since the beginning. Maybe this happened?

You might save 10 bucks LOL...
But I don't remember how that was done if it even possible any more.
And I haven't done that since getting a pack with SQ42 right away... is like a No brainer IMO
