Anyone having problems with spectrum after the update, or is it just me?

If you are not having issues, what browser are you using and the version please?

Seems to be working fine for me, though I didn't try to post.

Firefox 66.0.3 (the latest)

I can use Spectrum, and post but I don't do that often, for the same reason.

Never had problem with Spectrum and in periods I'm very active mostly in chat but also on forum parts and issue council.
I always used/using latest Chrome both on computer mobile and tablet android, worked flawless so far.

Spectrum is not working for me...

Never had any problems till this morning.

It says in the right uper corner - Validation Failed

Result was a blank page

Yeah, something is wrong with spectrum for me.

I get the 'Validation Failed' message when I log into spectrum.. and the loading graphic just sits there and spins.

I'm still able to get in, using the latest FireFox.

I go in via the Ships page using the drop-down at the top that says "apps" - not sure if going this way would help?

Yeah, Spectrum does not work in chrome. Had to install Firefox for it to work. Wonderful.

OK, just found out that in Chrome if you hit CTRL + F5 while on a page giving the error it will fix it!

That's good info! So you have a problem with the local settings in the account in Windows. It's not caused by CIG, but CIG is trying either the local storage, or session storage and its encountering an error, probably it's turned off. Problem is, I don't remember how to fix it exactly. The line that's failing is looking to see if the storage locations are defined.

So I don't have to repet it woohoo :D

After a update of spectrum some time you have to login, and some time you need to reload the page...
and F5 only reload cache from your harddisk if that don't match the updated page you get validation error..

So as Stoutman said CTRL + F5 to force reload on some browser SHIFT+ F5 works to..
this is the trick to force a browser to reload page from scratch as in download the hole page not just the changes.
