I'm pretty sure you do get AC and Star Marine in the Squadron 42 package.

I agree with this. Maybe it is time to make screenshots from your packages and launcher and contact helpdesk. Otherwise you won't get it fixed.

If you don’t see it, there is one other spot that might have it, but I want to hear from you to know if you see it, or if you don’t see it

Edit: you will need to expand the items to look to see what is in them. The item about the digital download will be in text at the bottom in the “Also Contains” section

stupid question, did you get the Star Citizen + Squadron 42 package or only the Squadron 42 one ? this might explain the no PU access.
