The Bartle Test of Gamer Psychology

What Bartle says:
Explorers delight in having the game expose its internal machinations to them. They try progressively esoteric actions in wild, out-of-the-way places, looking for interesting features (ie. bugs) and figuring out how things work. Scoring points may be necessary to enter some next phase of exploration, but it's tedious, and anyone with half a brain can do it. Killing is quicker, and might be a constructive exercise in its own right, but it causes too much hassle in the long run if the deceased return to seek retribution. Socialising can be informative as a source of new ideas to try out, but most of what people say is irrelevant or old hat. The real fun comes only from discovery, and making the most complete set of maps in existence.

Some of the quesitons were kinda strange or outdated or irrelevant to my experience with online gaming, and I would've prefered a 3rd option to most of them. For example, "when you meet a new player do you consider them: 1.:someone who can appreciate yada yada or 2.: prey. None of the above, a new player in an MMO is 99% time a nuisance. That new player is either a threat, or someone trying to steal kills, or otherwise interfere with my progress in whatever quest or activity I'm doing. If I try to communicate and help, I get ignored, attacked, or called names. Sadly, this is what WoW, tESO and EvE turned into, at least the last time I played em they were like this. I hope SC will be filled with that 1% of "new players" who will at least say "thanks" when you save their asses from a bunch of pirates.
Taking the above into consideration, I would score myself about 15-20% higher on Achiever and 10-15% higher on Killer and way lower on Socialiser. I like to try all aspects of a game, but Explorer scoring the highest feels like the correct outcome.
