We were talking about brewing our own beer today in chat. Now normally this is an utopian idea, but i know there are small breweries in Bavaria, Germany that will do that.

It is possible to just relabel their varieties of beer.
I even found one that'll brew your own preferred mixture when you buy at least 150 litres.

What do you think?

i think i'll call them and get a quote.

btw, we (in chat) where thinking of calling it sth like

PS: if possible (and wanted) this will be expensive, don't forget shipping costs
PPS: this would also be a nice present for the Foundry 42 guys

This...

also beer... definately a good idea

although postage to NZ could be a little steep, also i wonder if there are import duties :/
I'll buy a case and ship it to you as a "gift"... the one time where I wouldn't mind doing something like that.

Of course, this gift would be in exchange for money, but still.

I'm a hobbyist home brewer, fairly new to it. Currently I am extract brewing, but hope to be confident enough to switch to whole grain within a year or so. This is on my birthday wishlist for my wife next June.

I'm a big fan of Marzen style beers, as I prefer a balanced flavor profile over the current trendy overly hopped beers. If anyone has suggestions as to what types of beer I should brew next, let me know.

I am brewing on a VERY small scale at the moment (8 liters per batch)
