I get what your saying, but not everyone has an interest in the details of the organization. They just want to go with the flow with the option to take part in as much or as little as they choose, or lack the time. This is the core of what TEST represents. Nothing is mandatory for those that are not in a leadership roll. However, for Montoya, everything is mandatory :)

I have to setup my OBS on this machine, all the file paths have changed so I have to just edit them to get everything working again.

I'd say Stars is more of the nanny. Montoya is just the father who occasionally pokes his head in, is vaguely horrified by what he sees, gives some fatherly support and encouragement, then leaves again to work on the next SOTS.
