That's odd, I didn't get one of these with mine (ordered to the UK as well). Although, I was charged extra at purchase, and mine was delivered via courier, not Royal Mail...

To be fair UK Customs are so inconsistent with their charges. I used to get a lot of stuff from china and I could order the same part 6 times and get 5 through no problem and then one would have a £30 charge or something.
Just annoyed it didn't arrive today and count as a birthday present...
