I think the chair is demonically possessed, because it keeps speaking to me. It hasn't asked me to kill anyone yet, but it keeps saying this is the best way to fly in Star Citizen.

Does it look too wide to be useful? Any ideas how I can find it? Doesn't show up in TinEye, but I am in love. . .

I was told the best way to fly was to throw yourself at the ground and miss.
Yes, but you need a big enough distraction to make you forget about hitting the floor. Thats the way Arthur Dent did it, anyway.

If you are going to be gaming for hours upon hours on end, get something super comfy to sit in. Office chairs just done cut it anymore, and "gaming" chairs might be good for your posture, but they still get uncomfy after a couple hours.
I am hoping to budget enough time to play for half hour 3-4X/week, and 2-3 hours 2X a week. That would be a HUGE amount of playtime for me, but I honestly think that seriously involved operations where you're playing with a handful of friends are going to take 2-3 hours. If you plan 2, you know it will go over. I doubt there are many missions you could fly with friends aboard a Polaris that will run less than 2 hours. So yeah, sitting in the same chair for 3 hours needs a comfortable chair.

if you need to go to a different planet, I could see it going to 3 or 4 hours or more. Right now, going to Lorville for just a turn in a box mission can take 20 minutes, one way. then you have to come back at some point, unless you like flying 100 Km straight up in atmosphere all the time, so that means just flying from anywhere around Stanton to Lorville and back is going to be something like an hour flight. You haven't done anything, and these are two neighboring planets. Some of the game play is going to be almost painful for some players.

Yeah. I was surprised however, that according to the Hardpoint tool, larger ships often have much faster quantum drives. The fastest listed thus far are the Cat and Star G. If they plan to make long distance haulers 3X faster than fighters in quantum, could be the Polaris will have an even faster quantum speed. I would like that!
