Hello there,
I also have some probs with setting up the Warthog correctly (like I want it to be)
Some buttons are mapped when binding with normal KB buttons (eg e and q)
and other like the Slider 0 won't be used.

I have a printed out xml where I just written all my buttons like I want it, but the problems are like listed above.

Can anyone help me with these?
I also have teamspeak for easier communication.

Do you run the target program first and keep it running?

Thanks for the reply.

Yes,
but I don't know the correct relationship between the TARGET GUI software and SC.
The hardware is connected to Windows.
The profile in the TARGET GUI just manages the deadzones, the sensitivity and the acting of the buttons (like Hold, Push, etc.)
right?

I run the file
Star Citizen Alpha.fcf which I got from
Clifford aka Miku

Here is the link to the vids I got the configs from

The file is from the link of the second vid.

But for the game I want to make a own setup, because the mapping differs from my wishes.
Many buttons on the Throttlebase are not bound.

In one vid he explaines a manual edit of the xml file but many functions are not assigned.
Here is the link to the files (fcf and the excelsheet how I want to assign the buttons)

There is a difference. When running a script with target, it makes the throttle and joystick combined. I.E.

from this:

to this:

Cliff is a great guy. He uses Voice attack for a fair bit of stuff as I recall and so may not use all possible buttons etc.
When running a script, you have to edit the script files to make changes to an extent.
It's not something I am well versed in.
I rely on others to make great scripts for me to use.
There are all different with all different files. Some more, some less.
The scripts assign the 32 direct x functions and other things.
It IS apparently possible to have up to 128 direct x assignments.
It's all too complicated to me at present. I need to learn a lot more to edit scripts or make my own.

I really like this one:

I don't understand right now the correlation between the fcf file for TARGET GUI and the xml file with the the assigned buttons.
I would also try to use Solarflys profile.
But like I said, some of the assigned keys not like I am habituated to it.

You can change key assignments by looking inside the scripts and files.
It's a whole different setup to Mika's. There is no fcf in Solarfly's but there are others and it reads a whole lot easier.
We really have to start from scratch and learn this Target stuff.
I have one profile I have used for another sim that did nothing but combine the stick and throttle.
That company finally supported the stick, throttle and pedals and it is no longer necessary to run that script. It is still alpha/beta yet.
Native support of the "combined" Thrustmaster Hotas Wartog and crosswinds pedals would be cool in SC. ;)
They need to hire a few DCS World coders. *ducking*
