For me it's been years.
It's pretty clear CIG designers are going through a "edgy pirate lord", which fits the current focus on Pyro and the introduction of Vanduul NPCs on Nyx.
Before that we had several industrial sets. Thus, I predict a shift to a more orthodox (i.e. boneless) paramilitar, mercenary or freelancer aesthetic to match the "frontier" flavour of the Nyx system.
CIG has already premiered the flame theme armor associated with the Shattered Blade sect in Nyx. It’s arguably the coolest armor to date. See time index 4:05 here:
