Lol, I was looking at vacant lots last week and most of them had HOA fees starting at 300. Which is nothing compared to my friend in San Diego with a HOA at 900 a month for a 2k sq ft home on a lot not much bigger then the house.Holy cow! $440 association fees? I pay $150 for mine and that's high here, lol.
The $300k is irrelevant, just further showing that location is important.we are talking about $70k.....not 300
Yes, but you don't get alligators in the pool and on the lawn. That inexpensive lawn care you pay is not based upon replacing workers on a weekly basis. This is like picking coffee that only grows on the sides of active volcanoes. Only the best for TEST.Holy cow! $440 association fees? I pay $150 for mine and that's high here, lol.

Here's a nicer one with a lower association fee, but you get to cope with the gators for yourself:

If this is correct, I have no desire to do any dog fighting against @Blind Owl during said father / child bonding time because I'm rather sure that his child will shoot me out of my vehicle before I can remember what buttons activate what.I think that @Blind Owl was going the same direction that I wasgoing, only he would also add a mouse and train his first born son to shoot everything with it. This provides father / son time without giving up SC time.
And a free matching purse for the Mrs.. Or one for yourself, I don't judge. So you are saying for a little under half a mill you get all that along with gator skin boots? I think I am living on the wrong side of the country.
Well, Owl did name his son Wolf because he's an Alpha predator, so it would not surprise me if he went pro. Owl knows a natural born leader when he sees one.If this is correct, I have no desire to do any dog fighting against @Blind Owl during said father / child bonding time because I'm rather sure that his child will shoot me out of my vehicle before I can remember what buttons activate what.
show me a 70k house in all the perspective places shown previouslyThe $300k is irrelevant, just further showing that location is important.
Nope, right now there is no API to export game data to an external screen. Even if it would be possible to export a region of the screen to another screen, the mouse mandatory MFD's and head tracking will make that useless, since the location on screen will not be fixed. The big question is, what is vital to see but you don't need to touch so should be mounted in the center? Is there an ability to port the opponent ship's status data to its own monitor? I recall when combat started the opponent ship's status was on screen, and then it went missing. Is it not available still? For present or that is the way it will be? Will be contingent on your scan ability? I know I want to see when I have shields down, and where the wounds are.
I actually loved that graphic that told you what an opponent was and which shields and hull were damaged and down. I'd love to put that front and center. That is the data I want to screw with in Electronic Warfare. . .
He is 2, so this is accurate. Ha.If this is correct, I have no desire to do any dog fighting against @Blind Owl during said father / child bonding time because I'm rather sure that his child will shoot me out of my vehicle before I can remember what buttons activate what.
The Little Wolf can decimate a bowl of cheerios and frozen yogurt tubes with the ferocity of a starving 2 year old. He's scary. Definitely a predator. And a leader. I know this because he leads me around all day demanding that I play with this toy or that. And I willingly follow. So yup, he's a leader.Well, Owl did name his son Wolf because he's an Alpha predator, so it would not surprise me if he went pro. Owl knows a natural born leader when he sees one.
This is TEST. HahaLMFAO, I think this thread is a little derailed, starting with a Simpit and derailed to real estate and @Blind Owl firing team :joy::joy::joy:
Given enough time, I suspect that the rapidly growing little Wolf will someday be shit posting here better than the rest of us combined. I also suspect that day will come sooner than we realize. Kids these days ... wow.He is 2, so this is accurate. Ha.

None if us can afford the sim pit, so we're making due with what we can.LMFAO, I think this thread is a little derailed, starting with a Simpit and derailed to real estate and @Blind Owl firing team :joy::joy::joy:

I'm loving the verbal commands for the shields(vid 3, Vanduul Swarm), but I am shocked. It sounds like he is directing where the shield energy goes. When he says "shield's forward" I thought that was a Tevarrin capability not found on other shield systems. He's flying a Hornet, so what is that all about?marcsand2 said:
Verv cool!I made a ghetto SIM pit out of about $100 worth of home depot material that my conscience wouldn't let me steal from work. It slides around easily and can be taken apart and stored when silly relatives show up and demand accomodation. Definitely doable for someone on a budget or with limited space...
You can rotate your shields or change how powerful each face is, it's just not like the Tevarin shields where it's the only option.I'm loving the verbal commands for the shields(vid 3, Vanduul Swarm), but I am shocked.
