Do additional game packages still create character/npc slots?

I just purchased my second package..Can someone please for the love of god explain to me how I transfer the in game currency and ship to my original character.
I have endlessly searched the web and I can’t believe there is sweet F.A on this??!

You don't need to. Its all on the same account. You only have on char, and now when you log in you should have both ships ready to go, providing they are flyable.

Edit: Unless you bought the second package on a different account.

exactly as the drunk owl states. if its on a seperate account then you will have to gift it to yourself(If giftable) if its not giftable and you want to transfer your assets from one account to another you will need to buy a standalone ship melt your package on that account and ccu the standalone ship(that you bought with new cash) upgrade it with your credits(make sure you calculate this before hand or you will miss a few credits)

NPC's are not yet hire-able as that has not yet been built into the game, but put a shout out on in-game chat and you'll find people who want to come play, you sometimes see people shouting out that they are willing to crew.
