I want so many ships that's is sad how empty my wallet is, I just bought a new pc gamer for about 2000$ and now I don't have money for ships... I have two options... Save money for next year or return the pc so... Is a hard one...

I have no idea what I'll be picking up during the sale, if anything, but I'm sure that I'll be enjoying the excitement of all that goes on during it. I only wish that CIG hadn't changed their seeming policy to only grant LTI on new money concept purchases. *sighs sadly*
If CIG sticks to tradition, then the ships even bought with credit will come with 6 years of insurance... that's pretty much LTI from my point of view.
Will there be a way to 'tag' one or more of my stupid number of ships as available for fleet use so that other testicans can fly some of my ships even if I am offline?
Keep the computer, you only need one ship, the one that comes with your Starter Package.
And the rest of them. But they can come in time.
My opinion: they have to make it an option. There's no way entire organizations can hinge their Javelin availability on one person. So in theory whatever ship loaning that is included will extend to all ships. Maybe org hangars, maybe org fleets. Who knows!
This is my actual fleet and i dont plan to get it any other with real money. I feel like i have everything to make a great starting point and I will earn the rest in game.

It has been indicated that there will be some kind of mechanic for that but since that feature hasn't started development yet we don't know how it'll actually work. (Just like it has been indicated that there'll be a way for fleet owners to rent their ships to other players, but how exactly that'll look hasn't been explained.)

I have to agree, got a wide enough array of ships to do plenty of things.
Wait... It means that ships will not be on sale with LTI? And question 2, I have a game starter package, but I want to melt that and get a better package, is that a good idea? I mean I really don't have something worth it on it, well maybe I do, it comes with squadron 42, but I guess all packages will have that too.
The Arrow (and any other as yet unannounced concept ships) will come with LTI. Any 'sales' ships (ships not normally on sale or are on sale as a part of a specific anniversary event) typically come with 6 year insurance for the Anniversary Events.

I am hoping the F8C is available for sale because lets face it CIG has sold every UEE ship in existence except the Bengal. The other is a CCU to the MISC Razor LX variant. Apart from this curious about the Arrow and variant unique skin existing vessels.
I plan to sick with what I have for now. I figure anything else I end up wanting I can get in-game with what I already have.

Question 2 - Never melt your starter package, It's your game access. As you have one of the original game packages that comes with s42 thats about as good as packages get - new game packages don't come with s42, it was split off in... I think it was 2016? but then some of the starter packages went on special sale about $15 less than the combined package and they put S42 on special with a SC package for $15 so it kinda all worked out...? How do you mean "Better" when you're talking about a package?
Now, when I say "Never" I mean "I did it once". Before I learned about LTI, I CCU'd my game package Aurora LN into a Hornet Ghost. When I finally learned what was what I had about $120 locked in my Starter Package in that ship. I melted, and the used my "buy-back-token" to buy back my original starter package (thats a thing) then all was well, because I then had that credit to CCU some LTI tokens.

Mmm, maybe $60/$70 like the Gladius?
When CCUing to something more expensive that value is retained, so if you want to CCU to a Connie Taurus at $150 and the Arrow is $70 you only have to add another $80 for the CCU.
Regardless of how my fleet will shift from this point on, this is the base of mine with the rest being adjustable over time.
