I think your making of dates match from previous events is a bit forced. Old stretch goals are kinda out the window with the way new development has taken place.
i have faith they will fulfill there goals but dont thing well see a lot of them until after SQ42. unless it pertains to SQ42 then we may see it.

the real extrapolation would be to say the Ballista goes off sale Aug. 15 and what ever happens at the Aegis event hits Aug 31.
I dont think Gamescom is correlated with the Aegis event at all. Considering CIG isnt showing anything off at Gamescom this year.

I think you are wrong about escort carrier. The carrier I believe is the Pegasus. If they do release the cruiser, battle or otherwise, it should NOT be ownable. They had stated at one point the Javelin or destroyers would be the largest ownable, that you can save by logging out and it disappears with you.
