Euhm... how late is 16 pm UTC and 23 pm UTC? PM is post meridiem, after midday, 16 PM would be 04:00 or 4 AM, 23 PM would be 11:00 or 11 AM.

I mean, you seem to be getting the hang of it

but basically people love answering questions, so every time you ask one, odds are someone is going to answer it
which means for every post of yours there will be at least one more post in response
and every time someone posts, the thread goes to the top of the front page
