CIG need to fix that...or code up some in-game kidney specialists...maybe we're all diabetics and don't know it?
Well you would kind of need a valid RSI account, so the only thing we can judge is the goon part.

As for the food it's bizarre.....eat a burger..and it sounds like eating an apple in-game. Even yesterday (I noted afterwards), I ate a burger...when I picked one...I avoided the vegetarian burger and ate meat...then realized afterwards...it's a game...but I still avoided the veggie burger hahaha.
