So how is test planning to handle piracy by members?
will the main test force chose to outlaw it.
and spin off a separate piracy division that is known on sight? (and leaves test members alone)
because if some of test is open to do piracy while being in the main org, it will make it much harder to do stuff for the rest of the testies as they will be trusted less as now everyone in test could be a pirate.
Currently TEST has sub-divisions in waiting, the current most active the Rock Raiders mining division which used to be fairly active with a monthly score board of whom bought in the largest and most valuable hauls:
General Things.

There are some others which are officially official but have been parked up while we wait for the main game to come in to being - I can't remember if there was a scrap division but as the mechanic is now in the game it seems there is definitely space to get that up and running in some shape or form:

As for the rules of engagement in Piracy, is there any actual Piracy enabled engagement in game at present? How can we tell a ship is actually crewed by TEST members in game other than asking and taking their word for it? And when we can scan and find out in game, how can we know for sure they're not just an affiliate or even full member to try to avoid the MIGHT of TEST?
Piracy will be a subdivision but as they'd be working under and for the flag of TEST I'd suppose they'd be more classed as Privateers - sanctioned pirates which I'm guessing would be the modus operandi they'd officially fly on under TEST, bringing some of the spoils back for the Org... (more on the definition of Privateer below)
During the Age of Sail, one man’s privateer was another man’s pirate. But what was the legal difference?

We are pirates on Tuesdays.
Ah...? Uh...? Um...? Or that. I guess I'll see you next Tuesday with my pirate hat on... What day is it?
