I skipped this thread for a few days and come back to all science theis about baking the cards. Love it. I did originally tell him to bake his card. The components in his card should be baked at 304F for 9 minutes ideally. Trust me, I'm a professional at breaking them fixing parts.
I have a feeling with his gas oven he was unable to get a good steady temperate control. At 328F you risk damage to the VRMs on the card.

RIP Horizonz it was fun while it last. Seemed like just yesterday he was here playing games, raging, talking, and more raging. May the Gods of Test have mercy on his soul. I grieve heavily for his family. I'll fly my ships for you in PU buddy.

Reason its on 280 is because it takes 30 to 40 away at the end of it from the total, i think the fee is like 8 or 9% on go fund me, around that, depends where you donate from i think.
And hopefully, if it does get 280, even with the fee, i was going to see if i could some how get the r9 290x lightning eddition with better cooling :) so the cards dont burn out again, apparently that card has a massive temp difference!

I thought your parents gave you 50 Pounds for the last of the payment and isn't it 227 Pounds on eBay for the same graphics card in the box brand new.

Buy a GTX 960. It's 74 Pounds, and scored just a little less on the benchmarking Test. Worth instead of begging for all this money

So its basically free money which pays the full course and then some.
This is what makes me mad about my country.
Free housing from the council.
