Am I really the only one bringing an SO? Weird. I guess $250 is still cheaper than anywhere else I could stay.
Sadly, that's probably cheaper than anywhere I'd want to stay. As long as we got the deposit back.
So I say we take anyone who wants to trash the place and kick the shit out of them :D

ok so thats my fault, this new place doesnt have a 1000 dollar deposit. trying to do the math at work and messing shit up. i also had it set for 18 people instead of 13, derp. so you're looking at 237.50 for your first and 208.18 for the second making it 445.68, and there's a 99 dollar "fee" added to the total price of the house for insurance thats non-refundable. Sorry for the mix up.
I read this as per person and thought wtf? But that's not bad for adding to total price.
its right, it should be nights staying. So if you're leaving Monday morning you dont pay for Monday.

The only thing I need to state is I would prefer a first floor bedroom. Or if there isn't one, a second floor, as my girlfriend doesn't do stairs well. She was in a wheelchair for three years and is walking pretty well now, but still has problems with stairs.
If we are only over the max occupancy by 1 person...I dont have a problem finding a spot on the floor or couch. I might even just hide under the bed in @Grimbli's room with my GoPro. :p

I think the only reason it became an issue was that originally we were going to do two houses and then everyone went down to one for some reason.

The house we have decided on now sleeps 20 in 6 bedrooms (1 master, 2 suites, main floor bedroom with wheelchair access, elevated bed (OOH, DIBS ON THIS ONE, ACTUALLY) and a guest bedroom). We currently have 13 confirmed, so there's room for 7 extra people.
I don't know if we'll want to hold out until we get a confirmed full house, though. Currently there's 13 people confirmed.
