How much is Port Olisar worth? [POLL]

We began discussing this in another thread, but I'd like to know what you guys think.
So, if Port Olisar were sold by CIG for real life money, how much would it sell for?
Please consider the following:
- it's huge
- it's mostly... basic (no super technology, just a bunch of landing pads and beds)
- it's a kind of Org HQ
- what if it were modular?

I know they're not selling Port Olisar. Just play along.

I´d say priceless... it would be more interesting if CIG is going to sell shops/bars/stores to players for real money.
I would love to have a bar and buying Romulanian ale from some Blackmarket traders and offer the best service to my fellow customers :)

Wow, $4000+ ?
A Javelin is $2500 and it's PACKED FULL of technology. Also, it has engines and it can move, while Port Olisar is a static docking station.

Since an Idris is about 1200 I would guess Port Olisar has a price point of 2500-3000.

Its most valuable assets are:
1.Its no fire zone,
2. Its current indestructability,

With those more than 4000, Without them its a sitting duck liability with no fuel/repair services.

Total utility wise.... hmmm....
I'd say about $1,200 to $2,000
Here's why:
No repair or refueling
No point defense or defense systems other than security forces
No shields
No bars or strip clubs
it's not very mobile
It's boring
it sucks
I hate it
All it has is beds, tiny lounges, couple shops, big benny noodles, and energy drinks.
Would be cool to own one though.... lol

Security IMO is a more classy satellite base. At least it has a cafeteria.

Gunner I can run around it in my underpants and no one cares, Its a lot more liberal than my local shopping centre or airport.

Multi sex /sexuality/alien nudity strip clubs, are only the wave of a pen away when Test buys it. In fact I think I could earn more money selling cheap beer and alien strippers to you girls and boys than from exploration (which may be dull)

Consider this. I am sure in future Olisar gonna be much bigger then we have now. It's the biggest port and the important one. So there will be almost everything. If you buy this, you can make a very good business there, just imagine how much money gonna fly there... Gosh

Think I have to go with this to I would be reluctant to take it even if it was for free..

But if there was a price as it is now, not a dime over 1K if even that I'd say 500-600$ it's not worth more in it's current state...
It would need a serious upgrade and I mean a lunatic big upgrade before I would have any interest in it or a thought to owning it.
