Hi,
I didn't see my concierge email in time and probably within less than a couple hours after receiving the email, all concierge VIP cards were sold out. Had I seen the email just and hour or more sooner I would have immediately signed in to buy one. Is it possible to be put on a waiting list or pay extra for one? Thank you.

So... there's just no waaaaay... after that.. that I wouldn't be put on a short list for a card... right?

I understand your frustration my friend @DirectorGunner & I wasn't offended by your questioning my post. It simply caught me by surprise that when it had shown up for me that they hadn't already activated it for those who quality for the card that didn't get to acquire 1 before. I hope that they will have you taken care of as soon as possible. I have no idea why those at CIG do what they do. I still think that they should have all of the "special edition" ships like the AMD R9 Mustang Omega & the Intel Saber Raven come with LTI instead of just 2 months of insurance.

I put a concierge message in when they sold out last time. they got back with me today. I was able to buy a black carf for the normal 15 cash only. try the link see if it works gor you guys it has a limit 1 per person

Wouldn't it be grand if when you became Concierge they sent you an email saying "Congratulations!", tell you what it actually means and sent you a link to buy a black card with your one redeemable account locked token meaning even if a concierge gave the link to someone else and even the token to someone else they would not be able to use it...

Mmm, it's nice living in DreamLand.

Okay so news update.. I should have had more faith and patience..
So there's only 3 working in concierge answering a ton of citizencon tickets as well as these black card request tickets...
they have been responding to the black card tickets one by one, they just hadn't gotten to me yet on the list.
Limit 1 card per concierge who made a ticket for a card, 310 left for 310 concierge on this batch.
You need a ticket and then just have patience waiting for your ticket to be next in a long line, to get enabled to buy one.
But.. they're doing the best they can.

Dont know how much this helps but apparently the sale was limited to 1 sale per account. And those who bought it previously could buy them again at the next sale but once only. Though it does not seem numbers were limited at that one sale. They were not really looking into limiting anyone from acquiring one as long as they were concierge.

We appreciate your concern. While you're correct that these cards are not personalized by us, they are only able to be obtained once per account. Additionally the account making the purchase must be Concierge level. While limiting resale wasn't specifically a direct goal, we feel the limitations in place to obtain these cards should address your concern.

Maybe I'm late to the party, but I'll try to get one. Could you use credits to purchase yours, or is it a only-cash thing?
I didn't think to try credits, I used cash... credits might have been an option.. could test it when it's your turn via the ticket line.

What the hell.... I'm a Concierge, not a High Admiral... double check... ow, I'm a High Admiral, again confused with the High Admiral and Grand Admiral thing...

I must learn to read more, but that is a huge problem, I'm still pretty Blind Owl. Luckily I will get a that means a little bit less Blind Owl on one eye.

Do I get the second monocle when I become Grand Admiral???
Where does it tell you??
